The Director Human Resource and Administration is responsible for the development and management of human capital, ensures seamless operation, provides logical and administrative support for the effectiveness of the Council, and provides secretarial support to the Council’s committees
To enhance performance and guarantee the Council runs smoothly, the human resource functions are currently managed by the Human Resource Management and Development Section. The following particular tasks fall under the purview of this
section:
Oversee human resources to maximise their use and boost production.
To raise knowledge and encourage equity in their implementation, interpret and distribute labour laws and terms and conditions of service.
Organise safety and wellness initiatives to improve employee health and lessen the effects of HIV/AIDS and other illnesses.
Organise employee welfare initiatives to inspire employees and boost output.
An Administrative Officer, Committee Clerk, Registry Supervisor, and Chief Committee and Administrative Officer lead the Section. Effective unit operations are guaranteed by this leadership structure.

The Administration unit
Currently, the Administration Unit is essential in supporting the Council’s efficient operations by offering administrative and logistical support services. The following particular tasks are carried out by the unit under the direction of an administrative officer.
The Unit, led by the Administrative Officer, makes sure that these tasks are completed effectively, which enhances the Council’s overall operational efficacy.
The Registry Unit
Currently, the Registry Unit is in charge of record maintenance and security, with the goal of promoting information security, accessibility, and effective retrieval. Under the direction of a committed registry supervisor, the unit conscientiously performs the following particular tasks.
