As the Country continues to celebrate its youths, with key encouraging messages on the importance of them to take the centre stage in shaping the country’s future, youths of Chikankata District have embarked on a life changing journey by taking advantage of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
A total of 262 youths in Chikankata District will this year acquire a skill through CDF under the Skills Development Component.
These youths going to various training institutions, are set to acquire various life changing skills that will not only mold them into independent individuals, but also help them create jobs for others, thereby addressing concerns of job creation.
And the youth have started reporting to their various training institutions, with the latest being Shimabala Training Institute, which has provided transport by ferrying the youths from Chikankata to the institute, in Kafue.
With such steps taken by these young people, their voices will indeed be amplified and innovations ignited!
Zambian Youths are therefore encouraged to take advantage of the many benefits of the CDF to help shape their lives, not only as future leaders but also as responsible adults.
